About BellyFusion - one year on

BellyFusion is now an established dance group of 18 months' standing.  We are rapidly getting ourselves a reputation in the Bournemouth and Poole area for providing colourful and fun entertainment and for raising money for various local charities.  The names and faces might change along the way but the dream is still the same .... fun, laughter and entertainment.

Some of our members have been with BellyFusion since its inception, others have joined to fill in the gaps when one of our ladies has moved on, but we have all been dancing for many years, strictly as amateurs of course, and we all still enjoy this exciting and friendly way to keep fit and help others less fortunate than ourselves.

Our style is most definitely Fusion in its generic sense - we mix Turkish Bellydance with Egyptian, Flamenco with a touch of Bollywood and anything else that feels good.  With the aid of beautiful veils and silk fans, colourful sticks, exciting finger cymbals and candles, we do our best to entertain and amuse.  

We dont aim to be perfect technicians, we dont class ourselves as professionals in any way, nor do we wish to take business away from those who do, we just want to enjoy our dancing and to prove that anybody of any age, size or ability can put on something sparkly, dance and have fun.  We love to dance, we want to show others how much fun it can be, and hopefully inspire them to get up and give it a go.  If we can find a way to combine our pleasure with raising money for good causes and prove at the same time that we ladies are never past our sell-by date....... well watch this space!

BellyFusion are available for private parties public events and local charity functions

Book us for your event and join in the fun - we do not charge a fee, we just ask permission to collect for our chosen charity

We also appear at local restaurants free of charge - donation to the charity requested at the discretion of the management

Bellyfusion are happy to provide our own photographer for your function should you require one

Book a Bazaar too - costumes, jewellery handbags etc - fabulous things at fantastic prices - just ask when you book

Have a Hen Party with a difference - book Bellyfusion and we will bring costumes and jewellery for you and your friends to dress up in - we will teach you moves and make your party something you will always remember

Amaze your friends at your Wedding Reception - dress up and learn a dance to amuse your Groom and guests
